Now we focus on Burlington, South Burlington, Colchester, & Winooski... nothing else. We are entrenched in the community and know what is going on.

Eric Lafayette
Eric Lafayette is the owner, broker, and lead Realtor for Burlington Realty. He grew up in Burlington, is a fourth generation Burlington landlord, second generation Realtor, and a true real estate enthusiast. His father, Tony Lafayette, owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm for over 30 years. Located out of the Old North End of Burlington, it was here that Eric learned the trade and how to make a deal.
Eric has been involved in real estate his entire life and with a taste for development, decided to focus on both real estate and construction in college. After graduating with honors from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI with a focus in Construction Management, Eric joined the family business and acquired his real estate license.
Eric has a great eye for identifying the uniqueness of any home or investment and creating a story that maximizes the value of the property. As your Realtor, Eric has an endless knowledge of the local real estate market that brings comfort to both buyers & sellers.
Eric resides in Burlington’s New North End with his wife Jordan, daughter Josie, and pup Wally. He enjoys all that Burlington has to offer including boating on Lake Champlain, strolling the bike path, coaching youth sports, and scouting out new local breweries.
